Achievements and 100% guide

Steam lists 66 achievements; this checklist uses Steam's public names, descriptions, and global unlock percentages. Those percentages change as players progress. The linked PowerPyx roadmap covers the separate PS5 list of 36 trophies and estimates 30–40 hours for its platinum route. That is not a Steam playtime measurement.

Protect the missable milestones

• In Weeping Creek Valley, start A Severed Mindseal at the Shadow Warden and give him the Primal Stone before leaving; PowerPyx links it to Spectral Blade.
• Before defeating Jing Ye in Crimson Forest, finish Apprentice Healer and hand Yu'er the three herbs.
• Before defeating Bai Chilian, finish A Healer's Mercy and accept Secrets of the Baishan Sect; give Yu'er the Twin Flesh Lilies from Hua's arena as part of The Healer's Legacy.
• Pick up 10 Memory Flowers for Listen to Every Flower. Temper 10 main weapons for A Tempered Ten, and 10 Phantom Edges for Phantom Arsenal.
• Finish each region's side tales before its final boss when the guide marks them missable. Keep a manual save before leaving a region if you want a recovery point.
